Pursuant to I.C. 35-33-8-4, the following schedule is established for bail bonds for the indicated classifications of offenses. This schedule is effective January 1, 2006, and shall remain in effect until further order of the Courts. All amounts are subject to review and modification by the Court in individual cases. The review and modification may come before or after the information or indictment is filed as the case may be.
All arrestees having a residential address
in Indiana will pay a full cash bond plus $5.00 (included in
fees listed below). All arrestees having a residential address outside of Indiana will be required to post their bond through a bail bondsman only plus a $5.00 cash fee (included in fees listed below). Indiana residents may post either cash or commercial bonds; all out of state residents must post commercial bonds only. Felonies: Class A NO BOND - Must see the Judge Class B NO BOND - Must see the Judge Class C NO BOND - Must see the Judge Class D $505.00 In State Commercial $5000.00 - Out of State (10% paid through bondsman) Any Drug or Battery, and Invasion of Privacy Charges will not have a bond until seen by the Judge.
A Misdemeanor $305.00 In State Commercial $3005.00-Out of State (10% paid through bondsman) B Misdemeanor $155.00 In State Commercial $1505.00 - Out of State (10% paid through bondsman) C Misdemeanor $55.00 Commercial $505.00 - Out of State (10% paid through bondsman)
